Shipping:
All placed orders may not be canceled. Since each massage table is
"custom made to order" to your specifications, it is not allowed to cancel an
order once it's placed. Please allow 2 weeks for all items to be custom configured
and shipped.
Free standard ground shipping on all massage tables to all 48 contiguous states for a
limited time only.
Custom Craftworks Face rest and carry cases ships free when ordered with table. Any table
wider than 30" and longer than 73" must ship by air.
Custom Craftworks Stationary Table would be shipped by truck or air freight. Please call email or contact us here.
Shipped Via Truck
Custom Craftworks Electric and Stationary Tables are shipped via curbside shipping.
Someone must be present at the time of delivery. The driver needs your assistance in
unloading your item and leaves it at the curbside.
The Trucking Company will call ahead to make sure you're home well in
advance of the drop-off, so you will be able to ask them any questions you might have, and
to schedule a good time for the drop-off.
Tailgate Service
If you cannot provide help, the
trucking company can provide a tailgate service which usually costs between $80 -
$100. The truck driver will
drive to your home, bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck and you must remove it and
bring into the house. Truck drivers will not unpack, assemble or remove empty cartons. This does not include inside delivery.
Inside Delivery:
This service can be provided at
an extra cost of usually between $40 - $60. This charge is additional to the
tailgate service (if required). Inside delivery means items delivered to the curbside,
lowered from the truck with your help then delivered to the first enclosure like your
garage, carport, etc. but does not include climbing any steps.

Before Signing Delivery Receipt:
The manufacturer and
shipping companies do their best to ensure that your item arrives on time and without any
damage. However, sometimes, damage does occur in shipping. It is therefore very important
that you inspect the item before signing the delivery receipt. Take your time when you
receive your massage table and make sure you are satisfied before signing. Once you sign,
you have absolved the shipping company of any responsibility and it is almost impossible
to have a claim honored. If there is a problem, make sure the driver clearly writes the
problem on the delivery receipt, and please contact us as soon as possible.
